Lots of things were really good about the service.
– I didn’t have to wait on the line; I got through to someone really quickly.
– He offered to take me through the task I needed help with step-by-step.
– The task I wanted to do involved closing a campaign, adding a filter and relaunching. The interface in MessageFocus gives lots of warnings when doing this, so I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do it without the step-by-step help. I would’ve worried I’d done it wrong.
– Throughout the call his manner was really friendly and helpful.
