The Conditional Content feature was extremely easy to set up – it only required a few lines of code which was explained in the Message Focus documentation. From a marketer’s point of view, I was a little apprehensive in making sure I executed this correctly, however all Adestra’s platform documentation is written in plain, easy to understand language and I was surprised how simple it was to follow. The coding itself was also easy and quick to implement, especially note-worthy since I don’t have much experience with coding! Once I began using the Conditional Content feature, I found it was an intuitive process to choose from our existing data fields and lists in order to add conditional content to the campaign. All in all it has been a massive step forward for us in terms of making our emails more personal and relevant for our customers.
