The ninth annual Econsultancy Email Marketing Industry Census is based on a survey of over 1,000 in-house and agency marketers.
The research reveals that results are affected by the marketing team’s resources and capabilities. So much so that an individual or team dedicated to email marketing can achieve three times better ROI than when those responsible also have a myriad of other marketing responsibilities on their plate.
