Adestra team members were representing the email marketing industry at last night’s UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, from the Institute of Customer Service. The prestigious ceremony took place at London’s Lancaster Hotel in front of a packed audience of over 500 guests, hosted by Krishnan Guru-Murthy.

The glittering evening was the perfect opportunity to catch up with great and good in customer service across all business sectors – including retail, finance, utilities, media, telecoms, local government and transport.

Adestra was a finalist for Customer Focus Award – SME category, which is a great achievement in itself. Henry Hyder-Smith, MD at Adestra, says: “We’re delighted to have become a finalist in the first Customer Service awards we have ever entered. The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the only customer service awards to be accredited by an approved professional body. The ICS’s main purpose is to lead customer service performance and professionalism.
