Sydney, Australia – October 26, 2017 – Adestra, a leading provider of innovative marketing technology software and services, has won an award for Customer Service Team of the Year – Medium Businesses, in the Customer Service Institute for Australia’s (CSIA) annual Australian Service Excellence Awards (ASEAs).
The ASEAs are Australia’s premier customer service awards event, with more than 650 executives coming together each year to recognize best practice and innovation in customer service. The program is endorsed by the Prime Minister of Australia.
The awards were presented during a gala dinner on October 25, at the Westin hotel in Sydney.
“We are truly honored to have received this award. It is one thing to say that we have the best customer service in the business, it is another to be recognized for it. In today’s crowded MarTech space, it is essential that clients feel that they have a partner that is dedicated to their success. That is what we strive for here at Adestra with customer service being at the heart of that. This is a testament to our entire team and I’m so proud,” says Carl Chambers, Regional Director of Adestra APAC.
In the 16th year of the ASEAs, the CSIA noted that it had received more entries than ever before this year, making the individual categories even more competitive.
“The calibre of entries this year was truly outstanding, and we are proud to acknowledge the achievements of the winning organizations and individuals who demonstrate innovation and best practice in the field. They are at the forefront of service excellence and absolutely leading the charge,” she said.
With 500-plus clients worldwide across a number of key sectors, Adestra has experienced annual double-digit revenue growth for nearly 13 years. In 2015, Adestra announced the opening of its APAC operations in both Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. Following on the heels of being recognized by UBM as Supplier of the Year, winning the Customer Focus award by the UK Institute of Customer Service (with five consecutive years of being shortlisted), as well as scoring the US Stevie Bronze for Customer Service all in 2016, the ASEA is not only Adestra’s first Australian award, but it’s further acknowledgment of the company’s global dedication to helping clients succeed.
“We are thrilled to be endorsed for our customer service in this region. Compared to the other great finalists in the competition, we’ve only been in Australia for a short period of time. Yet within that time our team have worked incredibly hard at every level and department to provide the best solution in the business. After all, when our clients win, we do too,” concluded Chambers.
