We are looking for a Professional Services Manager in Dallas to manage our North America Professional Services team and provide technical consultancy and project management to our portfolio of clients on our email marketing platform.
You will report to our Director of Client Services (NA) but will work in collaboration with our EMEA Professional Services team, communicating regularly with our EMEA Head of Professional Services ensuring procedures and processes are championed. You will support your team of Project Managers and Consultants who will implement and provide consultancy for projects including account setups, data integration, partner integrations and using the platform API.
Due to the small size of the team, this will be a hands-on role, so you’ll also have the necessary experience to provide technical consultancy and project management for Adestra client projects covering requirements analysis, planning, delivery and quality, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to client satisfaction. You’ll also support our New Business function through technical consultant resource for new business opportunities, attending sales meetings and demoing our platform where required.
The right person for this role will be solution orientated with proven experience in a digital project / consultant role, ideally gained in a digital agency or email service provider. You’ll be able to combine your technical experience with your excellent communication skills to translate requirements and present to stakeholders at all levels of a business, from designers to Directors. Specifically, you will have experience of a variety of email, CMS or Ecommerce platforms and web analytics tools, as well as business analysis and information architecture.
