We are looking for an IT Support Technician to join our IT team and provide end-user support to our global business. This role is based in central Oxford with parking on site and is the perfect opportunity for someone to grow their responsibility as we continue to expand globally.
Your main role will be to provide basic troubleshooting and technical support to our internal staff and IT systems, providing an excellent and efficient service. The IT team works from a ticketing system where you will respond to incoming requests and ensure tickets are allocated and resolved accordingly. Duties will include workstation setup and maintenance, and asset logging and management, new user setups and closing of leaver accounts.
The right person for this role will be able to give excellent customer service and have a keen interest in the field of IT, using your initiative and problem-solving skills to proactively learn on the job. You will be educated to A-Level or have equivalent experience in a similar role, with clear communication skills and the ability to communicate technical information to less technical users. Experience with Office 365 and Active Directory would be hugely advantageous, though we will provide full training in the role.
