Are you proactive and data-driven with a passion for providing insight and analysis?

We are looking for a Data Analyst to use our various data sources to provide valuable business insight and reporting to our internal teams including marketing, finance and sales. This position is fixed term for an initial term of 9 months.

The Role

You will be responsible for capturing the needs of our internal stakeholders and collating data from a variety of sources such as HubSpot, Salesforce and our product, an email marketing platform. From there, you will interpret and analyse the data and translate it into reports and analysis that provides us with actionable insight into our prospective and existing customer base. A key part of your role will be to communicate with our internal teams about the availability and usefulness of data, presenting findings and explaining trends and patterns in our data sets, making clear recommendations. You’ll also work with our legal counsel and operations teams to keep abreast of data handling legislation across EMEA, NA and APAC, in order to ensure that our teams are collecting, storing, handling and processing our data in line with necessary compliance.

About You

As this is a newly created position, the right person for this role will be inquisitive and comfortable using their initiative. You’ll have an enthusiasm for customer attitudes, needs and behaviours within a marketing setting which will drive your ability to make sound recommendations based on your findings. You will be highly numerate and analytical and have proven experience in a data-driven role, with knowledge of Tableau, QLIK, SQL, and MS Excel & Access. Experience of working with Salesforce  and Zuora is highly advantageous. You will also have impeccable attention to detail and be excellent at managing your time and communicating with key stakeholders.
