Are you an excellent communicator with proven sales experience and a drive to exceed targets?

We are looking for a master of the art of negotiation to join Adestra as a Client Sales Manager and uphold our exceptional client retention rate of 98%. This role can be based in either our London or Oxford office with regular travel to client meetings required.

The Role

You will build trusted relationships with our client base and work collaboratively with our internal teams throughout the renewal cycle to identify opportunities for contract upgrades and renewals. You’ll also monitor trends and feedback, giving regular insight to the Head of Client Sales and management team as necessary to ensure success and challenges are communicated and escalated as necessary.

About You

The right person for this role will be an experienced negotiator with a proven track record in technology sales, preferably within a SaaS environment. While experience in a renewals role is ideal, we would also be open to someone with transferrable sales skills.

You’ll also be a great communicator with the ability build rapport both with our internal teams and client base, be it on the phone, by email or face to face. Due to the field-based nature of the role, you’ll also be a self-starter who can work independently and knows when to pull in key stakeholders.
