We are looking for a Channel Account Manager to join our small but growing team in Dallas, where you will develop, grow and support Adestra’s channel business.
You’ll be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of agency clients, building strong relationships and aiding their success through growth of their client base. You’ll provide advice on email marketing strategies, campaign requirements and objectives, arming your clients with the knowledge and skills to re-sell our services. With your expert industry knowledge, you’ll also contribute to thought leadership around email marketing through writing blog posts, and delivering webinars and presentations as required.
A key part of the role will be showcasing your excellent communication skills in everything you do, from working with clients to interfacing with our internal stakeholders, ensuring there are seamless communication flows and clients that feel well loved.
You’ll be degree educated or have equivalent experience in a similar role. While we’d prefer candidates with a background in email marketing, marketing services or agencies, we’d consider other relevant experience too alongside an understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem. You will have at least 5 years of account management experience, as well as 5 years in a sales role under your belt.
Importantly, you’ll have superb client management experience and communication skills, with the business acumen to be commercially astute while building strong working relationships. You’ll be solution orientated, a great listener and use your initiative to understand and interpret client needs.
