Adestra became a back-to-back winner in the annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service, after picking up the Silver Stevie for the Customer Service Department of the Year, All Other Industries, 100 or More Employees.
In 2017, the first year Adestra entered the competition, it won the Bronze Stevie.
“We are thrilled that we have not only won a Stevie Award, but that we moved up from Bronze, to Silver this year,” says Ryan Phelan, VP of Marketing Insights, Adestra.
“For the second year in a row, we’ve solidified our global standing in the email industry by being the top company providing excellent service in every market area in which we operate.
This year, Adestra competed with more than 2,500 nominations across all company sizes and categories and with 12 other finalists in its division. More than 150 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees determined the finalists and eventual winners.
“Receiving this award two years on the trot validates our core mission and vision of offering our customers ‘Software AND a Service®.’ I’m proud of the entire global team that helped us win this award. The competition was tough this year between Adestra and 12 other companies in our category, such as VIZIO, which won the category.”
Phelan, along with Toby McLelland-Taylor, Vice President, Client Services; and Lisa Finfer, Head of North American Sales, represented Adestra at the gala award ceremony Friday at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, attended by more than 650 other business executives from around the world.
Adestra, now a two-time Stevie winner, has scored honors and awards on every continent where it serves customers. Besides the Silver and Bronze Stevies, they include:
