Dear Friends and Colleagues,

As 2017 draws to a close, we’d like to take the opportunity to look back on another successful year for Adestra.

This year marked Adestra’s 13th birthday, although the company’s growth has matured far beyond that of a spotty teenager. From the resource of our global teams to increased platform deployments and recognition in an increasingly competitive marketplace, 2017 has truly been a year of expansion for us.

Last year we mentioned our dedication to accelerating growth into North America, and this has certainly proved to be the case: in November this year we launched our very first Email Summit for North American clients, bringing together like-minded marketers and industry insights across a packed day of workshops and presentations. Back in the UK, our EMEA Summit was once again a resounding success, and our APAC community of Adestrans and platform users continues to develop, bringing fresh successes into the mix.

Now more than ever we are keen to stress that great marketing takes more than great technology, and we have been delighted to see our commitment to the people behind Adestra recognized on a global scale. Earlier this year our APAC team was awarded Australia’s premier customer service award; following on from our Stevie and Institute of Customer Service awards, this means that our service and support is now award-winning in all three of our geographical locations. Rather fittingly, this was also the year that our unique strapline of Software AND a Service® was issued a registration from the U.S. Trademark Office – we’re so proud of this recognition and could not have achieved it without our dedicated network of colleagues, partners, and clients.

With only a few days remaining until the new year, we’ve managed to include one final success to share with you all: as of 2018, Adestra’s brand new website will be launching onto your screens. Keep your eyes peeled for our fresh new look, which we have worked hard to ensure reflects our core value of bringing clarity to complexity. We’ll continue to update our new site with downloadable eGuides, reports, case studies, and webinar recordings, all as part of our ongoing commitment to helping you tailor your communications and become a First-Person Marketer.

In the meantime, we would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all of you who have engaged with us this year – from attending our events to downloading our resources, supporting our successes and (most importantly) coding beautiful, relevant emails with our platform. You are all part of the Adestra family and we wish you a wonderful holiday season with your loved ones.
