Quality Control
At every stage of the creation of an email marketing campaign, Adestra understands our clients need to be in control to ensure only the highest quality emails are dispatched from your brand or organisation. With MessageFocus’ unique structure, quality control measures are in place across each account. No other ESP offers this level of flexibility and control.![]()
Adestra’s unique approval system
The MessageFocus Approval system provides the ultimate quality control for your email marketing campaigns. The MessageFocus Approval System allows clients to control and record the sign off process for email campaigns. This can be used both internally and with third parties who do not have access to MessageFocus. It works by sending an approval copy of the email to nominated email addresses. This email can then be approved or rejected by the approval recipient. Feedback comments can also be added which can be accessed with the Campaign in MessageFocus. This tool will give users a full audit trail of responses and makes the process of approving email campaigns effortless.
User Access and User Rights
User Access and USer Rights can be designated by Workspace or even Project level. This allows program managers to give autonomy yet retain control. Every user in your organisation can be logging into the same account, but the account will look different and have varying functionality, depending on what areas they have access to.
Unsubscribe Management
With the unique structure of MessageFocus tools and suppressions can run at any level of the account hierarchy. Multiple unsubscribe options within an account alongside a global unsubscribe mechanism mean that you can give your recipient more choices of what they are subscribing to via a preference centre.
Standard Footers
These footers appear at the bottom of every email that leaves your account. These can defaulted at any level of the MessageFocus hierarchy and can be defaulted throughout a whole account. This means that you have control over the unsubscribe links and any data protection information that appears at the bottom of every email you send. This space is HTML and so can also include marketing messages or links to your social media marketing.
