Phases in a project
Each consultancy project typically covers four phases but may be customised to your requirements:
Problem Definition
This phase is confirming the objectives and problems that the consultancy project will investigate.
Scoping
This phase allows our consultant to get under the skin of the brief and collect any available information from you to aid the second phase. It is also the chance to impart detailed knowledge and background with the consultant and discuss the timescales and precise approach to phases two and three. This section also helps to draw a line between what is and is not to be included in the researching phase.
Researching
The consultant will lead a team of experts who will analyse the current situation for you, as well as benchmarking example competitors and other sites/brands in other verticals that you may be able to learn from. Both primary and secondary research may be used including interviews, surveys, online research and analysing historical reporting.
Delivery
Your selected consultant will present back the work from the key researching phase to key stakeholders within your company. This session will also allow for questions and answers on the findings as well as a dedicated session on best practice and key knowledge transfer–this will help to increase knowledge and understanding of key email marketing techniques to leave them best-placed to understand the suggested recommendations of the project.
Costing and more information
Every project is priced based upon an expected number of hours. Please contact us for more information.
