As co-founder, Henry leads the board of Adestra and has a unique understanding of different clients’ needs, industry issues and development. Henry has a hands-on approach, and is devoted to keeping Adestra’s products, services and staff at the cutting edge of email marketing.
Steve is highly experienced in developing and delivering email solutions, having led teams responsible for bringing five email applications to market. Since co-founding Adestra, Steve is focused on ensuring Adestra’s MessageFocus continues to be today’s best email marketing system and that Adestra’s clients receive the best support.
Peter has been involved in private equity backed businesses for over twenty years and concentrates on fast growing technology investments. He currently chairs ULS Technology plc which is listed on the Aim market, Connect Managed Services and Decision Technology.
With nearly 20 years of experience within the marketing technology industry, Henry is passionate about helping organisations leverage the latest technology and services to improve their marketing results. Henry is responsible for accelerating profitable growth in the UK, US and globally. Henry’s previous experiences make him a key asset in driving the business forward.
Matt has worked in digital marketing for over 20 years, alongside many of the world’s leading brands, agencies, and technology companies. Before joining Adestra, Matt headed up strategy for Google’s Ad Agency business. Prior to Google, Matt served as MD of Incisive Media and before that he was COO of PropertyRoom.com. Earlier in his career he led commercial strategy at Headland Digital Media when it was sold to Pearson in 2001. Matt has an MBA from the University of Oxford and a BA from Lafayette College.
With more than twenty years of experience, Chip’s career spans from traditional media to marketing technology with sales leadership roles at ESPN, Microsoft, and Reelio. Chip is responsible for driving new business sales in North America, and evolving client’s one-to-one communications with Adestra’s state of the art email marketing solution.
Vice President of Marketing Insights
Ryan Phelan brings over 17 years of online marketing experience from companies like Acxiom, Sears, BlueHornet and Responsys to Adestra as the Vice President, Marketing Insights. In this position, Ryan is responsible for the marketing efforts of Adestra in the US. Ryan is a respected thought leader and nationally distinguished speaker. Ryan serves as Chairman Emeritus EEC Advisory Board, and member of the board of directors for the ESPC.
