The Adestra Customer Charter

At Adestra we aim to be the most respected Email Service Provider in the industry and we recognise that our clients have the right to expect a fair, efficient and polite service that meets their needs. Therefore, we have put together a clear and open customer charter which details the standards of service we aim to provide our clients. This charter, which is the first of it’s kind among UK email service providers, is based on our clients direct feedback of what is important to them.

We are committed to maintaining and, where possible, improving the quality of the services we provide them. We are committed to making sure that all of our employees keep to the principles of high quality customer service. We don’t expect to achieve all of these immediately, and we know that we have work to do, but we will be open with our clients about our progress and any improvements made.

Our Customer Charter sets out the standards of service we aim to provide. It also provides information on how our clients can give us feedback on their experience of doing business with us. We welcome any comments from our clients on this charter and on our service in general. We will maintain and, where possible, improve the quality of the services we provide to our clients.
