Chart of the Week: Charities and Non-Profits lead the way for email ROI
This week’s juicy figure comes from our 2016 Email Industry Report – Key Sector Census and it highlights the steady progress that Charities, Government and Not-For-Profit companies have made over the last three years when it comes to squeezing as much as possible from email. And it’s not just ROI they’ve improved, companies in this sector have also increased email performance, time spent on strategic activities and have adopted more email tactics overall.
Another notable performance comes from the Technology and Telecoms industry with a 50 percent uplift from 44 percent to 66 percent in just one year. This could be a result of the sector’s increase in the use of email tactics, moving from the fifth spot the year before to the second place in 2016.
