What API means to marketers: save time, money & improve customer experience
Last Wednesday our integration specialist Andrew Abram gave us a webinar on the benefits API’s can bring to marketers. The Adestra and Econsultancy Email Marketing Industry Census uncovered that a staggering 46% of email marketers said that disconnected technologies were their biggest barrier to effective email marketing. In the webinar Andrew explained how API’s can do the hard work for you to make sure your systems are linked up and talking to each other.

API’s are all around and are being utilised by businesses every day, there’s no reason why you should be any different. Using the MessageFocus suite of APIs you are able to connect apparently disparate systems to each other to let technology do the hard work for you. Most data repositories can work with the Data Management API to automatically trigger selections, or feed in data from almost any source. A CMS system is able to pass content and potentially launch a campaign using the Campaign Management API and finally use our Transactional API to move your legacy confirmations away from the IT systems and into the marketing fold, you will reap great benefits.
