Oxford–Adestra, a leading email marketing agency, has become the first email service provider (ESP) in the UK to gain BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality accreditation. The company has met the International quality standard used to assess the ability of a business to meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and thereby address customer satisfaction.
