Oxford, 20th June – Adestra, a leading provider of innovative marketing technology software and services, was selected as the winner for The Hays Employer of the Year Award at the awards ceremony in Oxford on Friday the 16th of June.
Adestra was up against other large Oxfordshire businesses including Miele. Some of the selection criteria included the ability to demonstrate a stimulating and supportive workplace, with a well-motivated, well-trained, ambitious, innovative and integrated workforce. The Oxfordshire Business Awards (OBA), now in their 23rd year, celebrate the county’s most prestigious companies and with over 500 business leaders attending the ceremony.
After receiving three awards for its customer service earlier this year (UBM Supplier of the Year, ICS Customer Focus Award and a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year), this new acknowledgement validates the dedication that Adestra has to its employees as well as its customers alongside the company’s Silver accreditation from Investors in People.
