Henry Hyder-Smith Managing Director
Henry has been working within the email marketing industry since its inception almost 10 years ago. During this time he has managed successful teams in four different email marketing organisations, before establishing Adestra in 2004.
A co-founder of Adestra, Henry leads the board of Adestra and has a unique understanding of different clients' needs, industry issues and development. Henry also sits on a key hub of the DMA's email marketing council guiding industry regulation and influencing email marketing strategy for the UK.
His expertise has been recognized by industry research house, eConsultancy, for the readers of whom he writes an email marketing blog sharing practical hints, tips and viewpoints of the hot industry issues. Henry has a hands-on approach, and is devoted to keeping Adestra's products, services and staff at the cutting edge of email marketing.

Steve Denner, Technical Director
Steve is highly experienced in developing email solutions, having headed up teams responsible for bringing four separate email applications to market. Throughout his eight years' experience in the industry he has worked with many organisations on delivering technical solutions to real business challenges and goals.
Since co-founding Adestra, Steve has focused all his expertise and skills into ensuring Adestra's Message Focus continues to be today's best email marketing system.
Steve Kemish, Client Services Director
Steve has over nine years experience in Digital Marketing. He has an extensive working knowledge of all principles of online customer interaction and communication and works with his clients to help them realise the potential of Digital Marketing. Steve has managed e-marketing strategy, development and deployment across many markets.
A regular industry speaker and trainer, Steve works with Adestra’s clients on email and digital strategy. He speaks regularly for the Institute of Direct Marketing and the DMA, and has consulted for clients including Skype, NPower, ITV, Oracle and more.
Rob Amos, Client Strategy Consultant
Rob has over eight years experience with email marketing from concept and design to data analysis and result segmentation. At Adestra, Rob works closely with key clients to ensure optimum email returns in an ever-changing and competitive market place. Rob regularly speaks on email marketing best practice and key industry updates.
Rob Hunter, Client Strategy Consultant
With a background in online marketing and website analysis for RM, Rob has significant online marketing experience including management of email marketing, search engine marketing, online advertising, web analytics and website usability. Rob has also worked in project management positions and has experience working on key cross-divisional projects to generate offline sales leads from online activity. Rob has a wide range of hands-on skills to help clients get the best possible value and ROI from their online marketing.

Reena Mistry, Client Strategy Consultant
Reena has over four years direct marketing experience, both off and online. Most recently as Account Manager at a leading digital agency, for one of the UK’s largest mobile phone networks. With experience of working in a leading direct marketing agency, she was tasked with helping to deliver optimum ROI on email campaigns and she now works with Adestra's clients to achieve the same. Whilst working client-side, she has developed and managed email and direct marketing programmes and was part of the team that won a coveted Revolution Magazine Digital Marketing Award.

Fred Wahlqvist, Client Strategy Consultant/Project Manager
Fred has over eight years experience in marketing, the last six being focused on digital, specifically search and email marketing. As one of Adestra’s Strategic Consultants, Fred has expertise covering best practice, strategic planning, code and design. As Adestra’s Project Manager he has experience in managing large and complex accounts ranging from Clothing at Tesco to Dennis, Incisive Media, OUP and BBC.
Hollie Williams, Client Strategy Consultant
Hollie has over six years direct marketing experience, most recently developing the email marketing strategy for Scotts of Stow. Hollie works closely with Adestra clients to maximise their email marketing strategy. Regularly contributing to industry press and speaking at industry events, her email marketing campaigns have won prestigious industry awards such as the 'Best Exploitation of Email Marketing' at ECMOD.
