Jim has over 16 years experience in client service roles and has very extensive knowledge of MessageFocus. He has worked with many of our clients both training users how to use MessageFocus and configuring their accounts so that they get the best from their email marketing. If you have a problem, Jim'll fix it.

Lucy has been at an Adestra since 2008 and manages the helpdesk support team on a day-to-day basis. Her pet hate is lateness! She does love chocolate though which is lucky as she sits next to the chocolate box in our office!

Joe comes as a new recruit to the Adestra MessageFocus support team and comes straight from university. He studied HTML and computing at University and is looking forward to putting those skills to good use, helping clients with their use of MessageFocus. He loves football, and the boot of his super sporty car is usually full of footballs and shinpads!

Tim is the MessageFocus Support team's newest member. He comes from a service background, coordinating Welfare for Children. He brings a wealth of experience to the team and is always smiling. He's a bit of a house music addict and tends to type/tap on his desk to the beats of “big tunes”.
