Oxford–Adestra, a leading email marketing agency, has become the first email service provider (ESP) in the UK to gain BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality accreditation. The company has met the International quality standard used to assess the ability of a business to meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements and thereby address customer satisfaction.
Henry Hyder-Smith, managing director of Adestra, says: “Gaining the ISO 9001:2000 certification is yet another reason for potential customers to choose Adestra – it shows how seriously we take customer satisfaction.”
“It acknowledges the fact that Adestra uses quality assurance management systems throughout the organisation to help provide the highest quality email marketing service to customers–on time and within budget.”
The company will operate from a Quality Management System, which includes aspects specific to the marketing industry. For the customer, this shows Adestra’s continued commitment to:
1. Ensuring that customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with the aim of achieving customer satisfaction.
2. Communication through the organisation with the aim of meeting customer needs and legal requirements.
3. Establish the Quality Policy and the quality objectives.
4. Ensure the availability of resources to operate the business process.
Adestra worked with Certified International Systems to achieve this BS EN ISO 9001: 2000 certification.
